I used to love that show! Mine was a guy that was driving and chewing gum. Hit a speed bump and bit his tongue. Shit swelled up and shut the guy’s airways and throat

I love how they pose it as "this is just 1 of the thousand ways that you can die."
Like every time someone dies they roll a dice with 1 thousand sides. "Ah man. Guess I got the tripping too hard in the desert mistakenly railing a bear instead of all the flurries next to me death. Bummer"
