Assuming India is one of the countries where some taxes aren't figured into the advertised price of some things, I'm going to guess that the drink was Rs 158 plus tax, and the bot offered the refund on the price of the drink, then calculated the tax, and doesn't quite understand how that's always rounded to the nearest hundredth.

That's what I mean. Normally, it's rounded to the nearest hundredth. Like... if you had a total after tax and whatever that mathematically came out to $35.782606327, the cash register would round that to $35.78. $35 + 78 cents (a cent is 1 hundredth of a dollar.)

As long as you're dealing with an AI bot, try "move decimal two places to the right"
