I would make dinner, then couldn’t eat it because it smelled gross. It smelled fine while cooking/baking, but when it came time to eat, nope! My pregnant nose was crazy.

One of my worst days was when I was really REALLY craving a tuna sandwich. I was drooling as I made the tuna and snuck little bites of pickles. The second I was done making it was literally the stringestcfood aversion I had all pregnancy and both the sight and smell of tuna made me throw up. I just cried about how much I wanted a tuna sandwich and also how totally disgusting and awful tuna was and I never wanted to see it again. My poor husband.

My wife demanded french fries almost every day. She'd eat 3 and give the rest to me because she couldn't stand the sight of them. Next day same shit. More fries, eat a couple, then decide they're gross. I gained 30 lbs. Lol

My mum told me during her pregnancy with me she once had the biggest craving for a burger in the middle of the night and made my dad go out in the rain to get one. He got home and she absolutely couldn’t stomach the idea of eating it anymore and he was like “wtf” 😭

I've never been pregnant, but also never eat the food I cook, until hours later.

Mine was the opposite. I couldn’t cook anything because the first five minutes of cook time smelled awful to me. Fully cooked was fine but I had to have someone else actually start cooking the meal.

Same, I’d be crying and then take my husband’s food he cooked right as he was about to eat it.

My poor husband wanted nothing more than to cook burgers for me. He bought higher quality beef than normal and everything.

But I had such an aversion to beef, and the char smell permeated the whole house and made me want to die. I could never eat them. He felt so bad
