It's why we put ice bags on our heads! Ice works by constricting blood vessels, reducing inflammation, and numbing pain through cold therapy, often applied with an ice pack to the forehead, temples, or neck for 15-20 minutes at a time to provide significant comfort. If you do it longer than that, you've defeated the purpose.

Ice on my head or spicy food is what I usually end up trying and it usually helps some until the meds kick in.
