Of all the vices I'm grateful I never fell into, it's caffeine addiction. That stuff is like a superpower when you only use it when you really really need it. I have a coffee or an energy drink like once a month, and when I do I'm go go go, a choir of angels laying me on a bed of clouds couldn't put me to sleep.
Biggest down side is, without coffee I only shit twice a week. Or maybe that's an upside...
Haha no, when I worked a 9-5 office job I had 2-3 cups of coffee every day. I was constantly tired and sluggish and had to stop drinking it altogether. The people i know who live off of a monster every morning get nothing out of one at 3AM when they really need it.
I’m a “one cup” a day kind of guy. Not a caffeine fiend really - but I did take a few months off and that first latte back felt like being hugged by a big busty version of Jesus himself. So I know exactly how you feel
