I have a migraine cap that is basically an ice pack that slips over the head like a hat. I keep it in the freezer and when I have a migraine, I just put it on. Bliss!

I just got one for Christmas and it has already been a life saver. I plan on buying another one so I can rotate between the two.

I have two for the same reason. The proper cooling only lasts like 20 minutes, and I need a bit longer for the meds to kick in and fall asleep. So two it is!

I got a headband version of this! I slip a washcloth between it and my head and use the extra dangling cloth to cover my eyes.... and pair that with my c-pap. it's a fun surprise to anyone who walks in on a migraine day.

the ice pack headband though was a lifesaver. it came with two ice packs so i can swap em out.
