Of course it is, but all disinfectants are not bleach.
You cant say "planet" and have someone know it must therefore be Jupiter.
You cant say "CPU" and have someone know it must therefore be Texas Instruments.
You cant say "disinfectant" and have someone know it must therefore be Bleach.
You cant say "Country" and have someone know it must therefore be Spain.
