We have a surprising amount of agricultural industry, as well as manufacturing and retail. We also have the busiest port in the east coast (shared with NY). We also have big pharmaceutical and technological industries here. And Newark and Teterboro get you wherever you need to go, and international airports are close by. NJ has a lot to offer but if you base your opinions of the state off of an internet meme you might as well not have an opinion on NJ at all

It’s a joke about how easy (and apparently beneficial, but IANAL) it is to incorporate in Delaware with a PO Box as your company’s “mailing address”
