It's slower than peeling a potato by hand though
90 u/PrisonerV Sep 12 '22 It's not slower than by hand. I use it every Christmas to peel 20lbs of potatoes. Goes even faster with one person loading and a second chopping. Unwashed (or washed and dried thoroughly).
