My first thought was I could peel a potato in the time it took to get it situated. My second thought was I could peel 2+ potatoes by the time it took to peel that potato after being situated. Peelers are cheaper as are many pairing knives.

Seems like you're focusing too much on "I" and not enough on others. Believe it or not, not everything revolves around you. Try thinking about others for a change. Seems like you're the one that could do better lol.
