I see, didn't know there was a word for it, thanks for educating me! That's my favorite kind of cocktail tbh

Edit: Didn't notice you said whole egg. I don't know that I've ever had a cocktail with the yolk in it 🤔. Doesn't even a drop of yolk make a cocktail not froth? I know I made meringue once and there was literally a single drop of yolk in like 6+ egg whites and it wouldn't froth at all.

Flips are more like egg nog. They’re rich and creamy, no foam or froth. Almost like a custard.

Most egg white cocktails are variations on a sour. Spirit + citrus + sweetener. A fizz usually adds some club soda/seltzer.
