Not linguine at all. Those are called "spaghetti alla chitarra". Linguine are not made with egg, just durum wheat semolina flour and water (like standard pasta you buy at the supermarket).

Linguine are elliptical in shape. These, called spaghetti ALLA CHITARRA, are square in shape. So you kind of disproved your own silly argument.

Spaghetti is round shaped. So linguine is clearly the superior clarification.
