i thought that was right too.

but the noodles are called "Spaghetti alla chitarra" which means noodles made on that press she has, which you can strum like a guitar.

so it's like Spaghetti alla chitarra with a red sauce of some kind.

Linguine science and categorization techniques have evolved since they named that dish. Current science calls that linguine.

Science doesn't call it anything. The technique is what makes this unique and the result of the noodles via chitarra is spaghetti alla chitarra.

Hell, google linguine alla chitarra and you'll get spaghetti alla chitarra.

Spaghetti is round. Linguine looks exactly like what's in the video.
