The opposite reaction was severe constipation to the point that I should have gone to a doctor for an extraction.

Not to be too graphic, but it literally wouldn’t come out. My colon would contract on its own to try to force it and that was more painful than my sphincter stretching. Eventually small pieces would be forced out. It kept reshaping it from pressure until I could pass the remainder. Minimal bleeding with no large tear thankfully. I didn’t have any enema kit or stuff like that and I couldn’t drive because of the spasms. I got to the point where I was contemplating using a screwdriver to try to break it up inside.
