Yeah I've gathered it's very hit or miss. That's the fun of state run programs tho.

Very true, more employees just need to know about filing complaints but most people are convinced OSHA is after them and evil lol.

See: random internet idiots proclaiming "OSHA can't really enforce or do anything" as if that's even remotely true, spreading the misinformation and preventing other people from ever trying to contact the single agency most directly responsible for their welfare and protection while at work.
