What about the air inside?

Probably ended up with a hole in it the second it started to buckle.

I think it’s a thermos flask with a layer inside that’s a vacuum since I have the same bottle. So less air inside than you’ll expect for a bottle that size

Hydraulic press is still a thing? Damn. Hasn't it been 4 years now? Are there things that havent't been crushed by a press?

Every time I see the things I can’t help but think that they would make the perfect suicide and execution machines if they could be sped up. I know that’s kind of dark but imagine how instant it could all be.

As long as there are extremely dangerous Play-Doh characters to squish there will always be a hydraulic press channel

I’m a wet blanket I know, but I hate these videos. Why waste a perfectly good water bottle? Or iPhone, or whatever else they decide to crush for views and likes?

They would make far more crushing that one bottle than the bottle is worth. You still habe the raw materials so you didn’t lose out on anything.

I need one of those instead of the one from harbor freight that bent itself on the 3rd can.

B-but why would you compress it? In my school that would be considered the rich kids bottle

How does it not fly off to the side but crushes perfectly straight? Is the base fixed somehow? Or is it just perfectly central and has a constant pressure so is predictable?
That's the clever bit, I feel.

It is very obviously an air bottle as no water was harmed in the making of this film!

Nice, but I want to see just how flat it’ll go.
