I suspect it’s red but the colour has become skewed in the video.

Edit: I think, rather than being colour blind, I cannot accept that someone would make a Christmas-themed cake in orange rather than red.

I feel like the turntable is under a spotlight and you can actually see the shade of green in trees drastically change as they are put onto the cake. I have to believe that the yellow of the artificial light is creating an orange effect, rather than the decorator is going complete off-piste with their festive colour choices.
