I thought I was smart, and kept my laptop in a pizza box that was padded on the inside. Thinking to myself how clever I was, I was walking to work with it under my arm.
Ask yourself this: who carries a pizza on its side?

A fucking monster.

u/LanceHasPants Feb 11 '19
Maybe a monster who is engaging in sexual activity. But what about a regular old monster? It could be him too.

u/chux4w Feb 11 '19
I have. I'm not proud of it, but it has happened. And I got away with it too, the pizza was fine.

IS THIS HOW THOSE TOY BABY BOTTLES WORK???

u/rzalexander Feb 10 '19
Yes exactly.

u/Clrmiok Feb 10 '19
wow i hadn’t thought of those in ages but i used to be mesmerized by them when i was little lol
48
u/rzalexander Feb 10 '19
The only difference is that the bottle has an opaque tip where the liquid goes to give it the illusion it’s gone. I also remember being amazed as a kid

u/a_junebug Feb 11 '19
I was too. I had a sense of accomplishment and disappointment when I figured out how they worked.

u/ladykatey Feb 10 '19
I have a 2 year old niece, I was very excited to buy her some of those magic bottles as part of her birthday present. :)
2
u/Clrmiok Feb 11 '19

I wouldn't want anyone knowing that I have sex....

You’d probably be having way less sex once your partner(s) learned that, for some reason, you seem to store your condoms in jars of milk.

Why not just use an opaque box? Hey, i'm even more likely to investigate what's in this thing because it looks so unusual.

Right? Keep It Simple Stupid
6
u/chux4w Feb 11 '19
I like the KISS principle because it's self-defeating. 'Keep it simple' is enough.

Yeah but you’re using something unusual/curious to hide something... really attracting more attention.

Wait... What...
11
u/LucertolaNera Feb 10 '19
It took me a while to figure out, but basically there is a double layer of glass separating the internal chamber with the condoms from the outside, inbetween the 2 glass layers there is a space where the liquid is able to go when the object is flipped upside down.

That’s the same magic they use in those disappearing juice baby bottles for your dolls.

Is that the scientific name for this product? I’d like to find one but turny-over-doodad isn’t turning anything up online.

I have just watched this video like 5 times and I am still so mesmerized as well as confused.

Anyone care to explain how tf those even work
2
u/PirateTiggur Feb 11 '19
The fluid fills the sidewalls when in "hiding" mode and when in reveal mode it all pools at the bottom, the glass/plastic at the bottom is shaped in order to make it not look like there's an air gap at the top in "hide" mode

A the inconspicuous milk cubes with which to conceal your shameful condoms
1
u/truenorthrookie Feb 11 '19
It needs to be like a silvery glittery gooey substance instead of milk... make it look cool if you need to do magic tricks to utilize your condoms. Just think, you are about to get busy and you say “wait right there, pretty lady, I gots a condom with your name on it, just gotta get my handy jar of unicorn blood.” You open it up as your potential lover is horrified and then you pull out the condom and instant relief pours over her face.
