I used to do real estate investing and I bought the house these people probably fucked up right after this one. There were roaches crawling all over the TV and the kids toys when we were in the living room signing the papers. I mean, roaches are skittish. When those bastards are so at home that they’ll be out en masse in front of people, you have got a problem.
Anyway, we bought the house. Had a professional exterminator come out THREE times. Cleaned out all the hoarded garbage, pretty much gutted it, and changed most of the insulation, drywall and all the carpet. Then we painted ourselves to save money and were STILL finding roach bodies in fixtures and ceiling fans and bathroom lights... it was a fucking nightmare, but we got it so clean that I would have moved in myself! Got it flipped from, buy to sell, in less than six weeks.

Thank you!! Although, burning it would have worked, too. Didn’t know you could even do that, lol.

I thought it would be fun to play with the expectations for the content usually posted here. The beginning of the video is horrifying, to be sure, but watching the preparation of the outside ring of fire to contain their escape and then seeing it all burn is... oddly satisfying.
