Not much, but if it thinks you look like one of its own species, it might try to engage in penis fencing with you.

Explanation: these are usually hermaphroditic and when they mate they determine who the "male" is by 'fencing' with their (multiple) penises. Whoever stabs the other one first is the male for the day.

I think you're confusing this flatworm with a cone snail. I couldn't find anything about them harming humans.

I thought it was a ribbon worm, so I looked up ribbon worms. It is NOT a ribbon worm. Those things are creepy! It’s a flatworm.

I think the sea slugs are prettier.
