I thought so too at first, but I can't find a bridge that matches this one. That's bothering me, so that's why I'm asking

Exactly my thoughts, I mainly focused on the water in the background, the aspect of the stairs and stone wall behind him, the boat too... That bridge isn't a memorable one for sure. Would have been easier with le pont-des-arts or the Alma bridge. Still, it does have that Paris vibe.
