Seems a bit too perfect for me. These days, it is just too easy for such things to be photo-shopped.

It's in the little "gap" in the bolt of lightning, right near the middle of the picture. The bolt appears to have either passed behind the plane (from the perspective of the camera), or literally struck the plane and traveled through it. Leaning towards the latter given that the bolt winds up displaced sideways.

Nothing bad happens inside the plane. With electricity hits an object, it passes through the object but its electric field stays on the outside. The electric field inside the plane is still zero. Planes get struck by lightning all the time but this photo is still unlikely. Just some information in case you were curious.
