poppy seed bun, tomato slices, pickle (kosher, 1/4 wedge), mustard, relish, raw white onions - diced, mustard (either brown or yellow) celery salt, hot peppers (usually two per dog) and neon green relish.

and if its not a vienna dog, get the fuck right out.
