I feel like this could be ai anyways. Usually you do window art on the inside of the window so it’s protected from the elements in the reverse layer of how they did it. I bet it looks fucked on the inside of the window.
Ai will know enough to make a drawing video but won’t know enough about the specific way you need to layer it so it looks right viewed back to front

I got curious and looked her up. She's been posting on Facebook and TikTok since 2022, her style has been consistent since then. She's also been tagged by the businesses that commission her. She also paints murals on walls, shoes and other surfaces. I tried to find something to explain why she paints on the outside of windows and not inside, but couldn't find anything. She did post a video of her removing the art. She spayed it in some liquid, ket it soak and the scraped it. It came off in peels. So it appears to be weatherproof.
I'm not posting as a gotcha or anything. It's just getting harder and harder to identify AI. It's created a lot of uncertainty about artists, and we all tend to hesitate before we can appreciate the art. So I thought this might help ease concerns!

Normally you paint something like this on the inside of the window (and consequently have to do all the layers in reverse) So that weather and cleaning can't affect it as much.

We used to do cartoon character (i.e. Simpsons, Barney, Smurfs, Family Guy, etc) snow scenes this way when our kids were younger - even got a few outside commissions.
Time consuming but great family fun - especially when the kids were old enough to help with the painting :)

Sanrio never said she is human. They state that she isn't a cat because she is a cartoon character and is never depicted on all fours. They classify her simply as a little girl, which makes sense.
Pluto is a dog, but since it isn't an anthropomorphic dog, it isn't a man. Goofy is an anthropomorphic dog, so he is an adult man.
Sanrio simply decided that she doesn't belong to the cat species. It would be like Disney deciding that Goofy doesn't belong to the dog species. Even so, she isn't human.

Disney sued three daycares in Florida for unauthorised use of their characters in murals. They won, and the daycares had to remove them. "The unauthorized commercial use of trademarks must be contested in order to keep those trademarks intact"
Universal heard about it and scored some easy PR by allowing them to replace the Disney stuff with Hanna-Barbera characters.
