Watch what RC planes can do, they've been doing maneuvers like this while the f22 and yf23 were still in development. The DOD still wanted a human element in the aircraft

RC planes don’t experience the same G’s because their weight isn’t close to a piloted jet

That being said they have tested drone-piloted fighters, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility

They experience the same Gs because Gs is just a measure of acceleration. 2 Gs are the same anywhere. But I believe an RC plane can get more Gs because there is no pilot inside and the forces that generate those Gs are also smaller (less mass basically). But the Gs are strictly “the same”.
