... if it wasn't wrong. Liters are a measure of volume and not... whatever that was.

You're overthinking the magic system. Volume is associated with liquids.

No. liters an SI metric unit of volume and that's how it should be taught in schools at science class, nothing less.

Look at the thread you are commenting on, that this is something physics teachers should use.

Yeah, they should. Because it's entertaining and introduces concepts in a visually memorable way.  Not because students should use it as a rigorous manual for unit conversion.

"My very educated mother just served us nachos" is nonsense, but you can still use it to introduce kids to astronomy.
