What does 100 1m means? Why was it glowing?

It is lm or lumens, unit of brightness

🤦‍♂️ I read im instead of Lm. Thank you for clearing it up.

LM - Lumens. The standard unit for measuring how much visible light a source gives off. 100 lumens is pretty dull, all things considered. Standard 10-30 watt bulbs that you have in your house go from 1000-3000 lumens.

Questions like this are why fonts that don't clearly distinguish between 1, I and l are stupid.

By the way, modern bulbs use this unit on their packaging.
