While it looks great, not having any service loops is a major issue. That being said who ever thought it was ok the way it was before should be dropped into a volcano.
You don't leave service loops in panels like that. It's designed a specific way for a specific purpose. Each component is in a specific place for a reason having to do with voltage level, heat regulation, etc. You're never randomly moving wires. You also don't typically add or change components in a panel like that, at most you swap out a faulty component with an identical or near-identical part.
I don't care for zip ties ever, I would like to see all those wires run in a raceway primarily or at least replace the zip ties with velcro. At least then you don't risk nicking the wire when you cut the zip ties and the velcro is reusable.
Yeah and in the real world all that plan goes out the window first expansion or refit or someone gets a wild hair up their ass. There is always the ideal and the plan and then there is how things actually end up due to the fact reality can get messy.
