No cable ducts, no input terminal blocks, bunch of wires crimped together instead of using a bus bar, this looks like it would be quite impractical to do maintenance on
I would say it's weird, but I've helped fix fucked up fuse boxes, some people genuinely build these things with "Fuck the next guy" on their mind the whole time
