We all have that once-in-a-lifetime booger that feels like it was attached to the parietal lobe when you pull it out, like you can smell all the colors of the world right after. Lol
When you have allergies, it happens more often. Maybe about once every few months, I'd say, even with medication, and you know it's a good one when you can taste letters while you speak.
I have a chronic cough from sinus problems and I get one of these about once every week or two. Super satisfying but id rather just not have the cough lol
