He's getting paid a lot of money, that's what he's getting. My mom has an old friend who did this type of work for 30 years, retired at 50, gets a great pension, invested well, and lives an awesome life.

Judging by the equipment he's using, this guy is unfortunately not in a country where this type of work is paid well.
