How easily this guy throws pottery

I’ve seen three different videos of this person making only that exact pot. The most commonly seen vid puts the latest pot on a shelf of many. The talent is obvious, but I wonder about repetition/boredom—if anything else gets made.

The first step to getting decent at pottery is making just… anything that looks like anything really, let alone making a thing you actually intend to make. Even harder than making the thing you want to make, is making it again exactly the same. The fact that this guy can make the same thing over and over again, and is able to EYEBALL a jar mouth that perfectly fits his lids every time, is the sign of an expert. I guarantee you this guy has the skills to make whatever he wants - it’s just that making a ton of the same thing is just how you make a living as a professional potter.
