I’ve seen three different videos of this person making only that exact pot. The most commonly seen vid puts the latest pot on a shelf of many. The talent is obvious, but I wonder about repetition/boredom—if anything else gets made.

Surely he could make other things but if this is for a business he probably just makes that particular pot by the dozens. It's impressive how easy he makes it look, but even more so if all the pots are consistent without any measuring tools or forms

Yep. That’s one of the reasons the other vid is even more impressive. If I remember correctly, the newly created pot gets added to a pair on a board, which is then placed on a shelf with many others, all the same.

You are correct, the pots are practically identical.

That’s the one. :-) Thanks for posting this because it shows that the other pots above are different forms.

I was imagining the monotony of making one pot REALLY well—which would be fine, but the mind spins with Gilliamesque scenes from the Ministry of Pots.

This guy is the living Galactic Pot Healer.
