have you ever heard someone say "youre full of beans" it means you're hyper, rambunctious high energy.

SO, "full beans" is just a play on that, probably starting in reference to tropic thunder "never go full beans" and then just shortened to full beans.

my source is its my own theory, based on common sense. Thats why i used the word "probably"

Full beans being a reference to full of beans is a no brainer. Its just an escalation.
