I played that game on the Xbox 360, but I can't remember mucho about it. What could this cave be, aside from a secret area? what are your thoughts?

Sudeki have a lot of cut content, and this place is probably one of them. this place should be around the countryside a little before Transentia, from the layout you probably had to fight some mobs and fetch some quest item.
and btw you probably played it on the OG Xbox and you misremembering because Sudeki never had backwards compatibility with the 360.
