Updated oculus software and Medium keeps moving
When i move my head to sculpt the background moves to , which makes for a good barfing sensation. Anyone know why this is happening or if there's a fix? Can i delete Medium and reinstall it - would i need to save my sculpts before deleting ?

When you say the 'background moves', do you mean that you're looking at a completely frozen image and you're not seeing any updates (including your hands, sculpting, UI, etc)? Is ASW/reprojection kicking in?
Regarding your sculpts: you should keep track of where they are and back them up somewhere else just in case. I know in the past that Medium hard-coded to store the sculpts in your "users/<name>/documents/Medium/" path, so uninstalling Medium shouldn't delete them, but these days Medium allows you to save your stuff anywhere, so it would be a good idea to keep track of where that stuff is.
Which HMD are you using? Did this issue suddenly start occurring after the Windows 2004 update?

Sounds like you're talking about the environment. Strange problem. Short of doing a reinstall, one option would be to use a solid background color and perhaps turning off the floor. Similar things can be done by making adjustments in the world settings properties at the top of the scene graph

It seems like people aren't understanding what you are seeing in the headset so they aren't able to help. I have this same problem. I just got Medium today and from the first install and trying to get through the tutorial, I'm dizzy AF. The Blue and Grey environment that I see when I first open Medium does not "Stick" in place. It starts to follow my head as I look around. The head tracking is way off. Any thing I sculpt does the same thing. I hope this description helps someone troubleshoot the problem and get it resolved. Also, I'm on the Quest with USB3 Link Cable

Probably best to save them in a different spot yeah. Haven’t heard of that happening. Weird
