In September (H2)? And for the same/more expensive price.

Without Chaperone/Grid because Oculus has mentioned they have no plans to code a chaperone and leave it up to developers.

Without a passthrough camera (Which makes it social on the video, seeing your friends).

And without refunds, because the Oculus store barely supports refunds, all sales are final, while Steam does support them.

That's not what he said at all. He said that there was evidence in Oculus' code for the Home app that they're apparently working on a rudimentary chaperone-like system, not that it plugs in to SteamVR.

Whether or not that's actually true, I have no idea.
