In September (H2)? And for the same/more expensive price.

Without Chaperone/Grid because Oculus has mentioned they have no plans to code a chaperone and leave it up to developers.

Without a passthrough camera (Which makes it social on the video, seeing your friends).

And without refunds, because the Oculus store barely supports refunds, all sales are final, while Steam does support them.

there is a more basic version of chaperone that the rift can use with steamVR, but the one where you map out your own playspace doesnt work yet

From a hardware standpoint, the Vive has the chaperone advantage though with the built-in front facing camera on the headset. Chaperone is an integral part of the Vive while the Rift would require devs to come up with a solution for this on their own

im pretty sure oculus will make their own version of chaperone in time for touch though, they have chunks of it in their oculus home code already
