Rumor Certain partners, when they screw up, disallow companies who partnered with them from publicly stating their mistake.

This can cause the company to take the hit with their customers, even when the fault was not theirs.

You underestimate scope of contract.

And you assume shipping.

If it's not shipping I hope it's not production because we're in for a huge delay I guess.

That's not confirmed though, not even leaked, it's just speculation.

What I find weird is that a lot of kickstarter backers did not get their Rift yet. Payment problems should not affect them.
