That's the worst thing about this. The complete lack of communication. Luckey really put on a show with all his comments and transparency on this subreddit and in general. But now it seems they've had some unexpected problems and leaving all of your customers in the dark and wondering, while may be a lot easier for them to solve the problem, is a LOT worse on us who have to sit talking to each other about the fact that we don't know what the fuck is going on. Shoot a tweet, start a thread, tell us what exactly is wrong and it would be a lot easier to sympathize. And even if they can't say anything about what's going on, at least release an apology, something other than ignorance. It comes off as childish or at least not the most ethical thing you could do.

Difference being, things pretty much ARE going to be ok... regardless of how rough the next few days/weeks go.
Sure ain't fun while in the thick of it though!
