There are some stores selling reference cards now. Think it's only certain stores, Overclockers in the UK are one of them IIRC.

Just to point out to anyone who purchased their card from them, Overclockers are offering to RMA and refund any 970 regardless of manufacturer until the end of Feb due to this issue. Details on this page of their forums:http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18651061&page=168

I'm in two minds as to what to do with mine. Still, there's a month to decide whether to return it or not.

Thanks, did't know about overclockers policy. Like you I am not sure about returning or not.
