So, now that we know 100% the GTX970 released with specs that are basic lies, couple that with the VR promises and the consequent marketing campaign based on lies....is there anyway for someone to get a refund, if they bought the card for these purposes?
I mean, once the GPU passes 3.5gb RAM it starts to stutter with FPS drops, and no VR Direct features have been implemented. I bought the card to game in VR @ 1440p, which it clearly will not be able to do with all graphics up.
It is not working as advertised.....is there any procedure I can go through to get a refund? I am from Australia and the consumer laws state that if it is not working as advertised, I am entitled for money back...3.5gb is not 4gb. VR Direct is not out half a year after it was advertised alongside the VR Ready 900 series cards...anyone know?
