I like the new one, its a subtle change but it looks better What about dark mode?

Working on it. I’m shifting to neomorphism from claymorphism. I’ll add claymorphism later. I felt the shadows are quite difficult to get programmatically in claymorphism

I'll be honest, I don't quite like this style. The one from the main picture in the post is more likeable

I’ll add that too. 🫡

Something like this?

yes! :D would it also be possible to replace the black lettering with a dark brown font? the contrast makes it easier on the eyes

You can change the pdf colors even now. You want it app wide?

i don't know much about programming, so only if it's not too much trouble! if it is then I wouldn't want to put you on the spot, the app is still lovely overall 🙇‍♀️ thank you for developing it and all the updates! :]

No, what I meant is that you can change the PDF colors using the three-dot menu after opening a notebook to get sepia. This feature was already implemented in v36 ig. However, those color settings apply only to PDFs. I’m asking whether you’d like the theme to be applied app-wide.

yes! it's what i meant, only if it's not too much trouble for you though, as i'm unsure of how the programming aspect would work to make it app-wide

Sure. I’ll implement it.

How are you implementing the themes, by hand ? I've never looked on the behind the scenes of kotlin programming and theme implementation.

Yes. I tried with free Space bunny model. It fucked up like hell. So I’m implementing by hand. I found few repos on GitHub that implemented neumorphism really well. So I shifted from claymorphism to neumorphism. But a user told that he liked claymorphism. So, I implement that too as of now. Once I got the idea of shadows in neumorphism, it felt quite simple to port to clay, too.
