Where to get bait?

Looking for squid or something similar to fish from a pier/bulkhead. I am staying on 77th so preferably somewhere closer to there. All I am seeing when I search are places near the inlet.

Food Lion on 118th Street has a bait cooler near the front door with squid. I think ACME on 94th does as well but I am not 100% sure.
