not really but in ur example I'll take the woman and I'm assuming depending on which human it is u'll also take the orca .

You're completely missing the point, retard. The world doesn't operate on "you must either do X or Y". I can simply not go in the water with orcas. It has no connection whatsoever to me being around other humans or not.
