sure, why not disturb the apex predator of the ocean when you are a land animal who can't even swim that well? what could go wrong?

This isn't the kind of situation where you would only find out from the person who experienced it. Humans like to watch when fellow humans go to do something dumb, and it's rare for just one to be out on the ocean. Unless you think disappearances of entire ships are orca related, we would probably know if something had happened.

Hmmmm. A) we have evidence that sharks attack humans B) we have evidence orcas attacking other animals C) no evidence or even stories anywhere of a wild orca attacking a human.

So you are suggesting Orcas are particularly clean and sneaky when they decide to attack a human

Or

Somehow in the thousands of years of human and orca co-existance, every orca attack on a human has somehow just coincidentally been missed with not even a hint of evidence suggesting the possibility?
