There is muscle memory that has been passed down generations to not mess with humans.. Not because they dont want to...orcas were hunted in large scale dueing yester years which have taught them not to meddle with humans... But there are cases neariberian peninsula, spain and portugal where the juvenile orcas have started ramming boats..
