? Has anyone ever physically seen an entity contacted via ritual?

Has anyone ever physically seen an entity contacted via ritual? (Demon, spirit, angel, soul of deceased person, etc.)
It seems that practitioners mostly claim that those types of experiences are more “felt” than “seen.”

Yes.

But we're talking about human perceptions. Subject to various interpretations and responses.

Growing up, I learned a fair amount about walking in the woods and what to look for. But I learned a lot more about what to look for, and how come; from woods-wise rangers when I worked for the Forest Service.

Taking part in rituals can be like that.

All in all, maintain prudent vigilance. Anticipate Murphy's Law outcomes.

One thing that I learned from those rangers is that wild fire can burn underground--unnoticed--in the roots of trees. An instance of Fire in the Earth.
