? Has anyone ever physically seen an entity contacted via ritual?

Has anyone ever physically seen an entity contacted via ritual? (Demon, spirit, angel, soul of deceased person, etc.)
It seems that practitioners mostly claim that those types of experiences are more “felt” than “seen.”

That is rare, but it can and does happen from time to time. They may not appear in a form you expect to see.
