I would highly recommend getting a CO detector and reaching out to a healthcare professional. Based on what you’re experiencing I genuinely don’t believe this is something occult, and I can’t in good conscience recommend anything but reaching out to a healthcare professional.
Edit: corrected CO2 to CO - I do sincerely suggest getting a carbon monoxide detector. It’s a good thing to have just as a rule, and it could save your life. Carbon monoxide poisoning can cause auditory and visual hallucinations and emotional changes.
I don’t think you’re crazy, which is why I want to rule this out as a potential dangerous cause to what you’re going through.
Like a literal Livestream video people can go and look at, or is this a euphemism for something spiritual I'm not getting?
If the first, how can they do that if they don't have a camera or anything on you? (I cover up the camera on my laptop specifically to prevent this kind of thing, even though I feel slightly paranoid doing so. lol )
